Spray Drying Technology:

Spray drying is a method of producing a dry powder from a liquid or slurry by rapidly drying it with a hot gas. This is the preferred method of drying for many thermally-sensitive materials such as foods and pharmaceuticals. Consistent particle size distribution is one of the reasons for spray drying some industrial products such as catalysts. Air acts as the heated drying medium. The completely dry powder is thus often free-flowing. In order to obtain free flowing dust we use multiple stages in our spray drying process.

Water Treatment Plant:

To ensure the quality of the spray dried powder we use a proprietary technique to dissolve the gum powders in purified water. In order to obtain functional and homogeneous powders, it is essential to optimize the formulation of the liquid: the proportions of ingredients, the quality of the emulsion, and the correct temperature for heat treatment are the keys to success in the fabrication of a powder for the food industry. We implement EDI technology for water treatment. Electrode Ionization (EDI) is usually considered a water treatment technology that utilizes an electrode to ionize water molecules and separate dissolved ions (impurities) from water. It differs from other water purification technologies in that it is done without the use of chemical treatments and is usually a tertiary treatment to reverse osmosis. An important application for EDI is the production of pure water and ultrapure water.

Packaging:

The packing machine located at the end of our production line ensures the quality of our end product. We make sure the gum powder obtained does not get polluted or contaminated at any stage of the production and our careful packaging ensures optimal shelf life.

Quality Inspection:

We have a specialized laboratory in connection with our production line to check the quality of each batch produced. In addition, Our R&D team is committed to discover additional innovative applications and health benefits of Gum Arabic.
